In this position you will: Be responsible for profitable the specimen managers to identifythe venting needs of the patient and family and helpfacilitate a smooth and unscratched transition from the hospital. Be responsible for profitable the specimen managers with all the venting planning needs of patients that are prescribed and utilizes theSpecimenManagers for situations that are out of his/her telescopic of practice. Identify patient/discharge needs to reassure that both receive support with resources and placement assistance. Facilitate the transition home by ordering equipment, arranging and referring home health visits, contacting the HHS prior to discharge, and initiating a follow‑up telephone undeniability without discharge. Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: Licensed Vocational NurseWitsin a health superintendency related position Knowledge of medical terminology Knowledge of medical equipment Medicare/MediCal insurance guidelines for vigilant and skilled stay Preferred qualifications for this position include: Associate's Degree Minimum of 1 year wits in vigilant hospital specimen management & venting planning About the hospital you will serve.
