In this position you will: Manage patient care, to unzip cost-effective utilization of resources through the proactive coordination of services in order to move patients efficiently through the continuum of superintendency Assume responsibility for an interdisciplinary process which assesses, plans, implements, monitors the effectiveness of interventions to meet patients’ treatment and transition of superintendency needs Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire. All Registered Nurses without a minimum of a Bachelor’s stratum in Nursing must obtain a Bachelor’s stratum in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire. Any previously well-set upon constructive stage for obtaining a Bachelor’s stratum in nursing between individual and facility will remain in effect. Any joint bargaining contract with specific time frames for obtaining a Bachelor’s stratum in nursing will supersede the whilom point and will remain in effect. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case understructure at each facility by the Director ofSuperintendencyManagement in consultation with the Human Resources leader. A RN with 20 years of RN wits will not be required to obtain a BSN RNs employed prior to 4/1/17 are encouraged to obtain a Bachelor's stratum or higher stratum in Nursing, but obtaining the stratum will not be a condition of employment.
