In this position you will: Demonstrates the topics to squire staff in thesafe lifting, transferring and/or transporting of patients as specified by the uncontrived Supervisor/Lead. Be responsible transporting and lifting patients, assistingin the superintendency of patients requiring moderate to total assistance in moving, checking and performing touching-up whoopee ondesignated equipment, transporting other items such as specimen transport,blood pick-up, and Central Service pick-up and identifies and reportschanges of unwont findings in patient status such as consciousness, pain,bleeding and vital signs that occur during the lift or transporting Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: Current BLS vellum or Heart Saver. Must be worldly-wise to speak the English languageproficiently. Competent in use of Computer Systems(Transport-Tracking System). Working knowledge of beds, gurneys, wheelchairs,cardiac chairs, oxygen tanks, transfer boards, gait belts, and liftequipment. Effective oral and written liaison skills. Capable of dealing powerfully with multipledemands and events.Worldly-wiseto prioritize, organize andcoordinate patient superintendency as specified by the primary superintendency provider. Preferred qualifications for this position include: CNA/RNA/PSA with minimum 6 months patient careexperience in an vigilant hospital setting preferred High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
