In this position you will: Be responsible for independently facilitating ramified transformation activities, which includes leading large cross-functional teams, incorporating process resurgence methodologies into large scale projects and delivering results in specific time frames. The position requires a dynamic professional who is results oriented and possesses a proven worthiness to develop and unhook constructive solutions to unzip transformational results. Provide project leadership and project management for strategic projects and support the usage and standardization of project management processes, tools and weightier practices. Be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in a coordinated way to ensure structuring with organizational strategies and to ensure the realization of prioritized and quantitative benefits. Will identify key stakeholder project objectives and requirements and provide tactical leadership on projects. The Sr. Project Manager / Black Belt powerfully and efficiently deploy process resurgence and transpiration management strategies. Will provide in-depth wringer of projects culminating with lessons learned for incorporation into future project plans. Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's stratum from an accredited higher / university in business, engineering, clinical or related field At least 7 years of defended project management wits One (1) year of wits teaching and training sultana learners in formal transpiration processes such as Lean,TranspirationAcceleration Process (CAP), Work-Out™ and Six Sigma. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt with documented wits as aTranspirationAgent/Facilitator including working knowledge of LEAN and Sx SigmaWitsusing Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft ProjectWorthinessto translate data and findings into information and exhibit it in a useful manner for constituents Preferred qualifications for this position include: Master's stratum in merchantry administration, healthcare administration, engineering or related field 3 - 5 years in Black Belt / similar role 2 years work wits in a Healthcare organization Supervisory wits Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification DFSS About the Region you will serve.
